Celebrating Domino’s Manager of the Year with LED Digital Billboard Trucks
Undeniably, Erick Lira was a strong contender for Domino’s Manager of the Year award and his hard work, dedication, and passion for the brand really paid off! In honor of Erick’s hard work Corey McKanna in Lewisville, Texas wanted to celebrate Erick with a LED digital billboard truck!
He was selected as the US Domino’s Pizza Manager of the Year based on the votes of our Domino’s franchisees and their customers. Erick and his team have been very hard at work and making a positive impact on the Lewisville community.
He has helped his community grow in a big way and the local businesses are really appreciating the help!
This is important because Domino’s wants to recognize the best managers and teams. Domino’s wants to acknowledge their dedication to the business and community.
The award is based on a combination of the franchisee’s overall performance in business and community relations. The award was created to honor managers who have demonstrated outstanding and positive community involvement and have demonstrated outstanding business results.
Domino’s was the first company to bring pizza to the drive-thru window, and its first restaurant was called Domino’s Pizza Drive-In. It was so successful that the company opened a second location in Detroit in the 1960s.
The company also experimented with pizza delivery, and in 1967, it created the first pizza delivery vehicle. In 1969, Domino’s Pizza was featured on the cover of Time Magazine.
The company has been present in almost all countries of the world and it has been working to promote their pizza with the help of their franchisees. They have made it a point to ensure that the quality of their pizzas is at its best.
They are the second largest pizza company in the world. It is a company that is built on innovation and it is this that has made it so popular. Now with their Manager of the Year award even people love to excel their careers there! Not only did Erick get to celebrate his manager of the year award with a LED digital billboard truck, but he also arrived via police escort! These are just a few feel good moments until Erick is presented with his final award in Las Vegas.
Erick will be awarded with a cash prize and trophy at a ceremony during Domino’s Worldwide Rally along with the recognition of being the outstanding manager of more than 6,500 store managers nationwide. Wherever Erick goes, he is there to help and make sure everyone else is happy and comfortable.
The Domino’s manager of the year award is the result of a national nomination process and the judging process is made up of independent, unbiased members of the Domino’s family.
Unquestionably, Erick is a great manager and a true leader.
Most importantly, Erick is a man of his word. He makes sure his employees are well-trained and that they understand what their responsibilities are. He will be a great leader for the future of the company.
Corey knows what a great job Erick does and how he always puts the customer first. This is how they made it through the restaurant crisis in 2020 with COVID and how they continue to grow. Erick also makes sure his team is always happy by continually being positive and having a fun attitude.
